Shipping Time Frame |
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day unless otherwise stated.
If an item does become out of stock, or is not available, you will be
notified. Orders are shipped either by UPS or the United States
Postal Service. Delivery time frame is normally 5-7 business days. |

If your order is
delivered damaged. Please keep the original packaging, and notify

Shipping |
Shipping charges on International orders will
be charged separately, and will not appear at checkout. Order with a
shipping cost of more than $30.00 will receive an email with the shipping
charge cost, and time frame quote. Orders will a shipping cost of over
$30.00 will
not be shipped until you have approved of the shipping cost. |

Customs/Duty Fees |
Items purchased for overseas delivery
are often charged customs fees or taxes. These amounts are
different for each delivery destination. If purchasing from overseas,
you may wish to contact your local government to find the taxes or customs
fees that would be due upon delivery, before placing an order.
We are not responsible for any taxes or custom fees imposed. All fees are
the responsibility of the customer. |

Return Policy
|

RETURNS
Anything Animals has a 15 day return policy on all items that are not special
order. All returns received beyond the 15 day time frame will be returned
to the customer, at the customers expense. Allow 10-15 days for returns
to be processed, and credit to be applied. Sale items can not be
returned or exchanged.
All returns must be unwashed, unused, in salable condition, and in the original packaging. A 20% re-stocking and handling fee is imposed. You
do not need a return authorization number to make a return.
- Christmas Tree Skirts and Stockings, can not be returned.
Special order items, item quantities
of 10 or more, can not be returned.
Cut Fabric, can not be returned.
Sale items can not be returned or
exchanged.
We do not
refund shipping charges, unless your package is received damaged.
Customer is responsible for return
freight. It is
recommended that you insure your returned
package. The original packaging must be intact. Please
include your name and billing address, to insure correct credit is
applied.

EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt. A
re-stocking fee is not applied to exchanges. You do not need
a return authorization number to make an exchange. A new shipping charge
will be applied for the new item or items being shipped.
