  SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business day unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped either by UPS or the United States Postal Service. Delivery time frame is normally 5-10 business days.

 
  DAMAGED ORDER If your order is delivered damaged. Please keep the original packaging, and notify customerservice@anythinganimals.com within 24 hours of receipt.

If our shopping cart does not recognize your address, and you receive a bad or incorrect address message, are having trouble placing your order. Do not continue to order. We will contact you by email and process the order manually.

 
  SHIPPING Shipping charges on International orders will be charged separately, and will not appear at checkout. All overseas orders will receive an email with the shipping cost, and time frame quote. These order will not be shipped until you have approved of the shipping cost.  
  CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES

Items purchased for overseas delivery are often charged customs fees or taxes. These amounts are different for each delivery destination. You may wish to contact your local government to find the taxes or customs fees that would be due upon delivery, before placing an order. We are not responsible for any taxes or custom fees imposed. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 
                 
 

   RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

         
 
RETURNS  
15 day return policy. Do not return items beyond the 15 day return policy time frame. All returns received beyond the 15 day time will not be returned to the customer.  We cannot accept responsibility for items that are returned beyond the return policy time frame, or items that are not allowed for return. Allow 10-15 days for returns to be processed, and credit to be applied. All returns must be unwashed, unused, in salable condition, and in the original packaging.  A 20% re-stocking and handling fee is imposed. You do not need a return authorization number to make a return.           
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:  *Sale Items    *Cut Fabric    *Special Order Items    *Christmas Tree Skirts/Stockings
We do not refund shipping charges, unless your package is received damaged. Customer is responsible for return freight. We recommended you insure your returned package. The original packaging must be intact. Include your name and billing address, to insure correct credit is applied.

EXCHANGES  
All exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt. A re-stocking fee is not applied to exchanges. You do not need a return authorization number to make an exchange. A new shipping charge will be applied for the new item or items being shipped.
