    Anything Animals will not sell or distribute, any information regarding our customers.  This includes but is not limited to: phone numbers, e-mail address, street address, names.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day unless otherwise stated.  If an item does become out of stock, or is not available, you will be notified. 

   
    Damaged Goods If your order is delivered damaged.  Please keep the original packaging, and notify customerservice@anythinganimals.com within 24 hours of receipt.     
    Chargeback Abuse Policy
In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase and proof of delivery is present, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database.

    Shipping Shipping charges on International orders will be charged separately, and will not appear at checkout. You will receive an email with the shipping charge cost, and time frame quote. Your order will not be shipped until you have approved of the shipping cost.    
    Customs/Duty Fees

Items purchased for overseas delivery are often charged customs fees or taxes.  These amounts are different for each delivery destination.  If purchasing from overseas, you may wish to contact your local government to find the taxes or customs fees that would be due upon delivery, before placing an order.  We are not responsible for any taxes or custom fees imposed. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

   
             
 

Return Policy

 
    Anything Animals has a 15 day return policy on all items that are not special order. All returns must be unused, and in the original packaging. A 20% re-stocking and handling fee is imposed.  A re-stocking fee is not applied to exchanges.
  • Christmas Tree Skirts and Stockings, may not be returned after December 24th.
  • We do not refund shipping charges, unless your package is received damaged. 
  • Special order items, can not be returned.
  • Cut Fabric, can not be returned. 

Customer is responsible for return freight.  It is recommended that you insure your returned package.  The original packaging must be intact. 

Please include your name and billing address, to insure correct credit is applied.

If you wish to make an exchange, a re-stocking fee is not applied.  However a new shipping charge will be applied for the new item or items being shipped.
