RETURNS: Anything Animals has a 30 day return policy on all items that are not special order. A 15% re-stocking and handling fee is imposed. We do not refund shipping charges, unless your package is received damaged .  Special order items, can not be returned.  Customer is responsible for return freight.  It is recommended that you insure your returned package.  The original  packaging must be intact. Please include your name and billing address, to insure correct credit is applied.
